Hidy-ho Sisters! Can't believe it's been two weeks,
since last we talked about a 'trashy revamp'!
Today, I want to talk about the livingroom with ya'll...it's a place we all like to gather every evening...so, I thought it'd be a great place to meet today!
We're gettin' thrifty with an old TRUNK...RE-THUNK!
If you've got an old trunk layin' around in the basement, or up in the attic...and you're not sure what to do with it...then, maybe you'll love my workable idea!
I took this old trunk, flipped it upside down...took off it's rounded top from it's rusty hinges...and put it back on the floor in front of my couch...
And, now...it's my living room
COFFEE TABLE!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it's worn out and rustic look...along side my husband's leather recliner...it just adds that antique look I'm striving for, next to a more modern soft-suede style sofa. 
It's top is a bit on the rusty side, with it's metal exterior...but with an added wood tray on top, it's the perfect surface to display a little wicker organization for the tv changer, as well as my new recipe book....a gift from our from Swedish exchange student!
Short and sweet...It's a quick revamp, for what was just another trunk in the basement! What's waiting for you down there?
Maybe it's time for a trash walk down to the dungeon...ya just never know what you've forgotten down there...
